Job Description:
We are looking for people with the responsibility and drive to be leaders. We’re a high-tech manufacturing company with open positions for people want to work hard and want to make a difference. We will train you in your job, but we expect you to have a basic knowledge of computers and some level of prior leadership experience. Good English communication is important and bilingual (English / Spanish) is a plus.
Duties:
* Provide first level leadership in a manufacturing setting to 4 - 6 employees.
* Perform hands on production work (product testing, assembly or shipping)
* Maintain a high level of quality in your work.
* Provide training and mentoring to others.
* Constantly innovate and help make DGL a better, more effective business.
